Chief Justice Trying to Cover for Rowe

Chief Justice Trying to Cover Up the Mess ABout Recusal. Remember that Justice Benjamin has been hauled before the U.S. Supreme Court and must answer why he did not recuse himself from the Blankenship case because Blankenship essentially bought his office for him.

The headline is incorrect in that it was not the Supreme Court that made the decision but the chief justice. In this case, the trial lawyers will be forced to challenge the chief justice on this issue. So look for firewords. I expect that Benjamin is on his way out! He has proven to be a corrupt justice who money can buy.

Essentially Benjamin is saying that you do not have to be a lawyer to be a judge. Common sense tells you that that is not so.

The Judicial Investigation Commission has yet to rule. If it rules that there is probable cause to believe that Rowe cheated, then a full scale hearing will be called for and Rowe will have to answer the charges. What that would do to the Ryder case is unimaginable and would most likely be overturned, thereby a waste of judicial energy.

It seems to us that Rowe ought to voluntarily withdraw from the case and all cases until this matter is cleared up with the Judicial Investigation Commission.

If he cheated on his law school, there may be many, many, many cases that have to be retried. Think of all the people he has imprisoned, all the civil law suits, and all the other legal things that would have to be redone.

We are working on this angle with Denise Spatafore who ruled against us in the ALJ hearing. It is almost the same thing. The charges are that none of these persons were competent to be judges of the law.

We have been distressed because Judge Rowe always seemed to coddle these lawyers who were themselves criminals. Maybe this explains why!
